The Battery Management System (BMS) and the Battery Monitor Boards (BMBs) are not communicating as expected.

The BMS constantly sends a message on the daisy chain for each BMB, and it is expected that every BMB will respond. If this alert is present, there have been more than 10 errors detected per second.
