The intent of this alert is to try to detect potential Battery Monitor Board (BMB) hardware (HW) issues related to the Analog to Digital Converter (ADC) Voltage Reference (Vref), which could lead to f107 Temperature Voltage Sense Harness (TVSH) faults. 

To detect a potential Vref HW issue, the Battery Management System (BMS) takes several "throw-away" samples from the ADC and makes sure they all match. If they do not match, there is a reference issue, and the alert is flagged.
