This alert is for engineering visibility. It does not mean the pack has an issue, and the pack should not be replaced due to this alert.
The goal of the alert is to detect low State of Charge (SOC) outlier conditions at the pack level that would otherwise be ignored by the "intra-bmb" check (BMS_w164). - Alert Set Condition: (SOC.avg - SOC.min) > 8% and BMS_w164 is not being reported.
