The system Instrument Cluster (IC) watchdog fault counter exceeded its limits or does not increase when sending the wrong messages. After the fail safe logic test, the watchdog data comparator of the system chip is tested cyclically. It is monitored so that the error counter does not exceed the maximum value.
The presence of this alert indicates the watchdog data comparator of the system chip is erroneous or the system chip has detected the wrong watchdog triggers, causing the error counter to exceed the limit.
