There is a eSRAM (Static Access RAM) and Pheripheral RAM test failure. The Programmable Built In Self-Test (PBIST) only runs at startup since it is an active / destructive test. It overwrites and evaluates the whole RAM. 

This may indicate that the microcontroller eSRAM (Static Access RAM) or the Peripheral RAM is faulty.?
