Set: The pressure derivative is less than 0.1 Bar/second for 10 seconds and Tesla Air Suspension (TAS) is in one of the following states:

• TAS_state = Fill_spring_reservoir_from_Compressor
• TAS_state = Fill_spring_from_Compressor
• TAS_state = Fill_spring_from_Boost
